About Rekrytutka
The job market trust radar — a service based on open data that scores Finnish job listings based on objective facts.

What is Rekrytutka?
Rekrytutka is a Finnish service that scores open job listings based on objective facts. Our goal is to help job seekers identify genuinely open positions from so-called ghost jobs — listings where no one is actually being hired, or that are used to collect applicant pools.
What Rekrytutka is not
Rekrytutka is not an official government service and not a recruitment service. We do not forward job applications or process them. The scoring is an indicative estimate, not a legal statement about the employer.
How does scoring work?
Every listing receives a trust score (0–100) and a separate ghost risk level. Scores are calculated automatically by combining dozens of measurable signals — from the listing's publication history, employer background information, description properties, and previous applicant reports.
The most obvious examples of factors taken into account are how long the listing has been open and whether the same listing has been published simultaneously in multiple cities. A single signal alone doesn't determine the score — only the combination of multiple factors raises or lowers it significantly.
Rekrytutka does not claim that any listing is a fake job. The service shows the facts and the score — you draw your own conclusions.
Data sources
- Työmarkkinatori — KEHA Centre's official public employment service
- PRH / YTJ open data — Finnish Patent and Registration Office's CC-BY licensed business registry data. We use this to identify employers and classify industries.

Beta phase
Rekrytutka is currently in public beta. Data currently covers a limited set of open sources, and the scoring model improves based on user reports. Scores are indicative and do not replace your own judgement.
